The Tower Theatre Company was originally known as the Tavistock Repertory Company and its first recorded production was on January 22nd 1932. [A double bill of The Lady from Alfaqueque and Pierre Patelin !]

Since then, the Company has performed over 1000 different productions, thousands of people have been involved in putting them on, and half a million people have come to see them.

To celebrate this remarkable achievement, the Tower's Social Committee organized a series of events during 2007 for all current and past members to enjoy.

Just a couple of days before the 76th anniversary of the Tower's first performance, we booked a pub for a New Year Party to end the year of celebrations for our 75th Anniversary. There was the Bar (of course), Music, Karaoke, Darts, Hot Dogs, and lots of Gossip!
