In war, everyone must make sacrifices…

Reunited with her RAF pilot husband in the middle of WWII, Patricia is shocked by the reappearance of her movie star lover. When Bomber Command orders a dangerous raid over Germany, the airmen’s wives face an anxious wait -while Pat must choose between duty and desire.
Showcasing Rattigan’s unique ability to portray keeping powerful emotions hidden – even in the most tense situations, Flare Path is a deeply moving, funny and compelling portrait of life for RAF bomber crews, and the wives and sweethearts who awaited their return.
Timed to coincide with VE day on the 8 May, this 4 star play had a West End Revival in 2011 at the Haymarket with a young Sienna Miller in it.

Eighteen months ago, he took the proverbial plunge into a foundation course at Mountview that transformed his approach to acting. Since completing the course he has expanded his acting portfolio into further genres such as Shakespeare and Agatha Christie, and he is buzzing to be making his debut at the Tower Theatre.
Dom WardDom Ward trained at Mountview Academy and has been with the Tower since he was press-ganged into a production of The Entertainer in 2001. Having briefly cornered the market in musical romantic leads with roles in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, The Hot Mikado and Guys and Dolls, he moved on to playing grown-ups, including Stanley in The Birthday Party, Carr in Travesties and David in After the Dance (twice). Dom has directed a number of acclaimed productions for the Tower, covering everything from Victorian ghost stories (Darker Shores) to classic farce (Loot), and Emlyn Williams’ forgotten classic Accolade.
