We are very excited to share the news that Adenike Ojo won the best playwright award and Mya Onwugbonu won best director.
Adenike’s play, In Hiding, received its première at the Tower earlier this year. Mya won her award for Hear Me Now – that wasn’t a Tower production, but Mya will be directing Seize the Day for us in the Spring Season.
Congratulations to Adenike and Mya on their awards; we are incredibly proud to continue to nurture such immense talent at the Tower, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds for both winners!
