The Tower Theatre Company has always been based in London, so it’s not surprising that the vast majority of its productions have been staged there in its home theatre. But from its early days, the Tower has regularly ventured further afield and some of its most successful and memorable shows have been seen on tour.
We’ve had about ten permanent or semi-permanent bases in the London area since we started over 90 years ago, but we’ve also performed at over 50 other theatres and venues around the world. Here’s a list of these.
The most frequent visits have been to the Minack Theatre in Cornwall (where the Company has performed 29 times) and to the Jardin Shakespeare in Paris (where the Company performed regularly from 1992 to 2019). Below we have pictures from every one of our Minack and Paris shows.
