First Night Preview – all tickets HALF PRICE!
Each type of ticket is available at half the normal price for the first performance of each Tower Theatre show.
Discounts are available for groups of 10+ tickets and school parties if booked in one order. Please contact our office by email or telephone (Box Office : 020 7353 1700) to receive the discounted bulk price.
If you are a wheelchair user, please book via telephone (020 7353 1700) or email the office at least one week in advance if you want to book a wheelchair seat so that we can make appropriate arrangements to accommodate you. One carer per wheelchair user may attend at no cost if booked at the same time.
Latecomers may be asked to wait for a break in the production before taking their seats.
Terms and Conditions
When you make a booking your order will be confirmed by email. Please bring this email (either on your phone or printed out) when you attend the performance.
We will refund tickets only in the event of cancellation of a performance. However, tickets may be exchanged for tickets to alternative performances of the same production, subject to availability. If you notify us in time we may be able to resell unwanted tickets on the day of the performance on your behalf once we have sold all our own tickets. Even for popular shows, we cannot guarantee resale but, if we are able to sell them, we can refund you. We can also transfer tickets to a friend or relative if you can find someone else to use them.
