How To Get Here

See our Getting Here page for full details on where we are and how to find us.

Buying Tickets

We prefer that you buy tickets online before you arrive (and you get a lower price that way). Please bring a copy of your purchase email, either printed out or on your phone.

You can however just turn up and pay at the bar for tickets when you arrive.

The Tower Theatre bar

The Bar and Foyer

The Bar is open before each performance. It serves a selection of beers, wines, soft drinks, tea / coffee and snacks.

All sales are contactless only.

The bar does not serve meals, but there are numerous cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Bicycle Parking

There is secure storage inside the building for a limited number of bicycles – please ask the Front of House Manager when you arrive if you would like to store your bike. We recommend that you do this as bikes left outside have sometimes been stolen or damaged.

Accessibility

We welcome visitor with access requirements. See our 4.5 star review on Euan’s Guide

Arriving

Parking – For evening performances parking is available directly in front of the building on the single red line or loading bays from 7pm.

There are loading bays on the red route about 20m before our front door, which blue badge holders can use for up to three hours but only from 10am – 4pm – see picture. Subject to availability.

Entering and Moving Around the Building

From the street there is a ramp to the front door. There is then a platform lift to the ground floor giving wheelchair access to the bar, box office, main rehearsal room and meeting room.

There is a lift from the ground floor that provides access to the auditorium on the first floor and the Tuerk rehearsal room and wardrobe in the basement.

Toilets

There is a disabled accessible toilet on the ground floor.

Seeing a Performance

We have spaces for two wheelchairs in the front row of the auditorium.
Please book via telephone (020 7353 1700) or email the office at least one week in advance if you want to book a wheelchair seat. One carer per wheelchair user may attend at no cost if booked at the same time.
