The Tower Theatre is looking for a new Artistic Director to start in January 2027 through to December 2029.
Amanda Waggott, Artistic Director, Jon Reed and Emma Cornford, Assistant ADs will be stepping down at the end of December this year, having completed three years in their roles. Ideally the new AD would be available to shadow the current team from October onwards. As Artistic Director you need to have excellent knowledge of all aspects of theatre, good administration and people skills and a great deal of patience.
