We want our audiences to feel as safe as possible when visiting the Tower Theatre. We understand that not everyone is ready to return to full capacity in our venue so the performance on Saturday 9th October at 3.00 will be a socially-distanced performance. This means we will operate with reduced capacity, spaced seating and our FoH volunteers will continue to wear face coverings regardless of restrictions being lifted.

A darkly comic drama about family, childhood and fantasy, Three Birds is set in a flat on a south London housing estate, where three siblings, Tiana, Tionne and Tanika are left at home alone. The play was the winner of the 2011 Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting.

Mum has gone and siblings Tiana, Tionne and Tanika find themselves alone at home with a bathroom that is out of action. Tiana, the eldest, is left to look after her brother and sister, she takes charge of housework and homework. Tionne carries out strange experiments and Tanika is acting up.  The local drug dealer visits to collect his money and a Teacher calls at the flat. The outside world is creeping closer and closer as they try to keep their secret away from the adults.
