The Tower Social : Film/Dance evening, Playreading, and Gig Night!

One-off events in addition to our main programme of performances of plays

The Tower Theatre has several social events in the pipeline for its Members, Friends, audiences and the community. 

These events include rehearsed readings, informal social gatherings, Q&A sessions with playwrights and experts, quiz nights as well as workshops on directing, acting, movement and design.

Prologue III
A Film Night of Contemporary Dance with Live Performance
Devised and directed by Max Maxwell. Technical production and movement director: Trinidad Prieto.

 

Sunday 23 November
The Letter

A playreading based on Franz Werfel’s Pale Blue Ink in a Lady’s Hand,

Adapted/translated by theatre collective ‘Found in Translation’ and directed by Angelika Michitsch

This event will be followed by a Q & A with the team behind this adaptation.
